The Gotham Gamblers
A McLaren 765 LT is already pure adrenaline, but drape it in roulette-wheel rims, comic-book speech bubbles and neon casino chips and it becomes something else entirely—a rolling Gotham City casino where Batman and Robin play for keeps.
Context & Signature Edge
Born for this year’s CrazyRun rally and booked as a centre-piece at ETT 2025 Torino, The Gotham Gamblers flips super-hero nostalgia into high-stakes spectacle. The wrap sets a midnight-black cockpit against rich casino greens, flaming-dice oranges and pop-art “CASH!” bursts. Batman deals stoic cool at the table while Robin’s thought-bubble (“Devo vincere…”) adds Italian swagger. Every chip, banknote and roulette notch aligns to the LT’s razor creases, transforming a track missile into a dark-knight casino heist on wheels.

Behind the Curtain
1. Key Players
Italian Design Wrap and FRD were tasked with creating a one-off livery that could own both a 2 000 km secret-checkpoint rally and a premium expo stand. The concept had to read instantly—day or night—and feel like Gotham nightlife collided with Monte-Carlo glam, yet leave McLaren’s sculpted aggression untouched.
2. Craft Process
Vector chips, notes and speech bubbles were storyboarded in Illustrator, then weather-inked in Photoshop to mimic vintage DC panels. A roulette-table grid was ghost-printed across the bonnet; wheel numbers wrap the carbon rims in a seamless 360-degree spiral. Blender mock-ups ensured every graphic cleared aero flicks and dihedral doors before 3M satin black film received fluorescent UV inks and ceramic top-coat.
3. Impact (On the Road, Events, Media)
On CrazyRun the car became the unofficial checkpoint magnet—teams queued for selfies, driving event hashtags up 70 %. Social clips of its roulette wheels spinning at speed hit 100 k views inside a weekend, generating new commissions for thematic “story wraps.” With ETT 2025 already teasing the McLaren on promo posters, The Gotham Gamblers proves that a livery can be more than decoration—it can be an irresistible bet on brand buzz and spectator awe.
This Gotham Gambler isn’t just a supercar
It’s a high-stakes McLaren 765 LT—dealing neon thrills and comic-book swagger that cashes in attention at every rally, expo, or late-night street shoot.
